These are our demands:

Western Crusader soldiers will refrain from bringing guns in mosques.

Western Crusader soldiers will refrain from defiling our women.

The Western Crusader government will turn over nine prisoners currently imprisoned in Kandahar; these holy warriors were captured in the service of jihad on January 14.

The Western Crusader government will pay a bounty of five million dollars to an account of our designation.

In the name of God, the merciful and the compassionate:

To the glorious ummah across the world and in particular to our lions
struggling in occupied Iraq and Afghanistan—may God bless and sustain
you.

Oh you who believe: the Crusaders plot to enslave the all of the
brethren. From the horn of the Maghreb to the isles of Mindanao, they
gather as clouds on the horizon. The infestation grows with each day
as they turn their lust-filled eyes on each Muslim gem. For 80 years,
they have sowed humiliation and destruction. Millions of children
continue to be killed- victims of the Crusader's "smart bombs." Even
as I write, they plan to attack another Muslim land.

Did not America kill the old and the young in Japan with their atomic
bombs? What of the brothers in Sudan and the Philippines? Did
America not give arms to the Jews to slay the children of Palestine?
Did not they slaughter thousands of Iraqi children with their
sanctions? Have the not made fire fall from the sky in Afghanistan?

We have stung them once to show them the error of their ways. Our
terrorism is not terrorism—we offer only the medicine to their
disease. We have offered peace and they mock our entreaties. We have
shown the hypocrites the true path.

Has not the Messenger (PBUH) said, "So when the sacred months have
passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take
them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every
ambush."

Has not the Messenger (PBUH) revealed, "I am with you: give firmness
to the Believers: I will instill terror into the hearts of the
Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their
finger-tips off them."

I say to you: there is but one path for the faithful and that is the
path of jihad.

I remind you that the Prophet (PBUH) said "Fight against those among
the People of the Book who do not believe in God and the Last Day, who
do not forbid what God and His messenger have forbidden, and who do
not consider the true religion as their way of life, until they are
subdued."

I say then to America and to the polytheists, the kafirs, the Jews,
and the atheists: you will have not a moment of calm so long as one
single idoler stands in the dar al-Islam.
